We offer PDF files or AutoCad DWG files
PDF files are emailed immediately to you and they can be sent to the nearest print shop for unlimited copies. AutoCad files are for the one who would like to make changes to the plans and has a local Architect or Engineer they can work with:

Builder (generally requires at least three sets; one as
a legal document, one for inspections and at least one to
give subcontractors.

Local Building Department (often requires two sets)

Mortgage Lender (usually one set for a conventional loan;
