We offer a single set of prints so that you
can study and plan your dream home in detail. Please note that
you cannot build from this package. One-set of blueprints is
marked “NOT FOR CONSTRUCTION.” If you are planning
to get estimates from a contractor or subcontractor or if you
are planning to build immediately, you will need more sets.
Because additional sets are less expensive, make sure you order
enough to satisfy all your requirements. Sometimes changes are
needed to be made to a plan; in that case we offer vellums that
are reproducible and erasable so changes can be made directly
to the plans. Vellums are the only set that can be reproduced;
it is illegal to copy blueprints. The following checklist will
help determine how many sets you will need:

Allows for changes to be made to your plan and printing of
unlimited numbers of blueprints. This is the preferred and
most cost effective method of ordering plans.
Reproducable Vellum
Your plan is printed on a translucent material so that it
can be taken to a blueprint company for making multiple sets.
